Solid PTFE (no core)
Solid PTFE o-rings machined from rod or compression-moulded. Virtually inert to all chemicals, the widest temperature range of any o-ring material, but no elastic recovery — relies on initial compression and is best for static sealing. For dynamic applications use spring-energized or encapsulated variants.
