Polyurethane, or PU, Conveyor Belts
Polyurethane conveyor belts (PU belts) are a good solution for moving food and other products whenever a conveyor belt has to be hygienic, easy to clean and durable. Their smooth, non-porous surface reduces the build-up of dirt and contamination and makes the belt easier to keep clean.
PU belts are used in bakeries, food handling, packaging lines, wash-down areas, inclined conveyors and general product transfer. Different surface patterns, guide profiles and belt constructions are available depending on the application.
The range includes food-grade TPU belts with an operating temperature of up to +90 °C depending on the product type. Belts can be supplied either open for welding or ready-joined.
A polyurethane conveyor belt is a practical choice whenever a conveyor system needs a clean, durable and dependable belt.
