Seamless Silicone Lamination Membranes
Silicone membranes are used in vacuum-press lamination across photovoltaic, woodworking, glass and composite industries. Seamless construction extends cycle life, and specialised coatings give resistance to EVA fumes and other aggressive conditions found in solar-panel manufacturing.
These silicone membranes are produced as one-piece, seamless sheets — a construction that dramatically extends cycle life compared to joined or glued alternatives. Specialised formulations provide resistance to EVA off-gassing in photovoltaic lamination as well as high-temperature cycling in woodworking and composite presses.
Reinforced variants with polyester or aramid fibres are available for extra dimensional stability, along with smooth or porous surface finishes and a range of colours.
