Product Properties

These silicone membranes are produced as one-piece, seamless sheets — a construction that dramatically extends cycle life compared to joined or glued alternatives. Specialised formulations provide resistance to EVA off-gassing in photovoltaic lamination as well as high-temperature cycling in woodworking and composite presses.

Reinforced variants with polyester or aramid fibres are available for extra dimensional stability, along with smooth or porous surface finishes and a range of colours.

  • Seamless one-piece construction for long cycle life
  • Continuous temperature -60°C to +250°C
  • Resistant to EVA fumes and aggressive photovoltaic conditions
  • Thickness 1–5 mm, width up to 3700 mm
  • Hardness 40–60 ShA
  • Smooth or porous surface, polyester or aramid reinforcement
