Product Properties

PTFE bellows are manufactured either by precision machining from solid virgin PTFE or by thermoforming from PTFE tube. The convoluted wall provides axial, lateral and angular flexibility while maintaining a completely inert flow path — PTFE is chemically unaffected by virtually every industrial chemical, acid, solvent and base.

They are a preferred solution in chemical dosing pumps, valves, sample lines and semiconductor process equipment where elastomer or metal alternatives cannot survive. Both stock and fully custom geometries are supplied.

  • Full chemical inertness across the entire pH range
  • Continuous temperature from -200°C to +260°C
  • Axial, lateral and angular flexibility
  • FDA-compliant virgin PTFE
  • Custom machined or formed to customer drawing
  • Non-contaminating, ultra-pure flow path
