Polyethylene Terephthalate
PET is a rigid engineering plastic offering excellent dimensional stability, very low moisture absorption, and good chemical resistance. Ideal for precision machined parts requiring tight tolerances.
PET is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic that combines high mechanical strength with excellent dimensional stability. Its very low moisture absorption (compared to PA) makes it ideal for precision applications where tight tolerances must be maintained.
Available in both unfilled and glass-reinforced grades, PET offers good creep resistance and maintains its properties well under sustained loads.
