Product Properties

Laminated PTFE belts start from a PTFE-coated glass fabric substrate onto which additional PTFE film layers are fused. The resulting surface is completely impermeable, with the non-stick and chemically inert properties of pure PTFE combined with the dimensional strength of the glass carrier.

The belts can be supplied with mechanical or permanent bonded joints, with PTFE fabric or PTFE film side reinforcements, and with PTFE knobs, steel rivets or silicone/aramid thread guiding systems.

  • Impermeable PTFE-film laminated surface
  • Continuous temperature -150°C to +260°C
  • Resistant to oils, chemicals and aggressive fumes
  • Width up to 1500 mm, thickness 0.1–0.5 mm
  • Mechanical or permanently bonded joints
  • FDA-compliant colours: red, blue, silver, black
