Laminated PTFE Conveyor & Process Belts
Laminated PTFE belts are produced by covering PTFE-coated glass fabric with additional layers of PTFE film, creating an impermeable surface that resists oils, chemicals and aggressive fumes. Configurable joints, reinforcements and guiding systems allow them to be tailored to almost any industrial conveyor.
Laminated PTFE belts start from a PTFE-coated glass fabric substrate onto which additional PTFE film layers are fused. The resulting surface is completely impermeable, with the non-stick and chemically inert properties of pure PTFE combined with the dimensional strength of the glass carrier.
The belts can be supplied with mechanical or permanent bonded joints, with PTFE fabric or PTFE film side reinforcements, and with PTFE knobs, steel rivets or silicone/aramid thread guiding systems.

Laminated PTFE belts are chosen wherever an impermeable, high-temperature and chemically resistant conveyor surface is required.
Tortilla, grilling and baking conveyors (FDA colours).
Part conveying through paint and curing ovens.
Conveyors exposed to oils and aggressive fumes.
Cooling and take-off conveyors for extruded polymers.
Heat-set and finishing line conveyors.
High-temperature non-stick conveyors in packaging lines.
We supply laminated PTFE belts as open-length rolls or as endless belts welded to your drum dimensions.
Send us your drum centres, belt width and process and we will quote a PTFE belt for it.
