PA6.6 XF is an optimised, high-performance grade of Polyamide 6.6 engineered for superior machinability and dimensional stability. Thanks to an internally balanced stress profile and fine-grained structure, it produces clean cuts with minimal warping, even on thin-walled or complex parts. XF grades deliver mechanical properties on par with standard PA66 but with significantly reduced internal stresses, which is critical when machining finished components to tight tolerances from solid stock. Typical areas include precision mechanical parts and electrical insulation components.
