About PPS

Polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) is a semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic that offers outstanding chemical resistance, high temperature resistance up to around 220 °C continuous, and very good dimensional stability. It is practically insoluble in all common solvents below 200 °C and resists strong acids, bases and hot water better than most other engineering plastics. Glass-filled PPS grades are widely used in precision parts for chemical processing, pumps, valves and semiconductor equipment where long-term chemical and thermal performance are essential.
